La Berzosa
In this house in the Sierra de Madrid, the relationship with the environment prevails. Its design allows integration with the existing environment, prioritizing the search for main views and orientations, without losing the intention that the volumes that make up the home are clearly identifiable.
The ground floor has been arranged with three distinct volumes for different uses around the communication core, reducing circulation routes while separating day and night functions. The layout in three zones also allows for the use of the residence solely for common areas and the master bedroom, enabling the home to function as a smaller and more functional core in case the other bedrooms are not in use.
