Casa Bellavista
A Living Commitment to Sustainability and Innovation at Bellavista
At MPMR, our commitment to our clients is not just a promise; it’s an ongoing journey. Our home, “Bellavista,” serves as the testing ground where we’ve crafted solutions that we now offer to those who trust in us. Here is the evolution of our home and our commitment to sustainable architecture.
Stage 1: The Foundation
When building “Bellavista,” our goal was clear: design a home that harmoniously integrates into its natural surroundings. We used green roofing to enhance insulation and opted for an industrialized system of semi-prefabricated concrete panels with interior insulation, and underfloor heating, and cooling.
Stage 2: Enhancing Comfort
Over time, we aimed to improve interior comfort. We installed a heat recovery ventilation system from Zendher to ensure fresh and healthy indoor air. Additionally, we electrified the home with an aerothermal system covering heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. To cover 85% of the building’s energy consumption, we installed photovoltaic panels, which even allows us to charge our electric car.
Stage 3: Integrating Nature.
In our ongoing pursuit of sustainability, we added a natural filtration pool that blends into the landscape, enhancing our natural garden with beauty without contaminating the water. This addition has brought biodiversity to our small piece of woodland.
Stage 4: Moving to the Next Level
Currently, we are working on expanding and transforming the residence to the Passivhaus standard, Enerphit. This stage represents the pinnacle of our dedication to sustainability and energy efficiency, showcasing how “Bellavista” consistently adapts to our changing family needs and our commitment to sustainable architecture.
“Bellavista” is not just our home; it’s a living laboratory of sustainable solutions and an expression of our continuous commitment to architectural innovation. As clients of our own vision, we are dedicated to offering the best to those who trust us to build their dreams.
